Help & trainingLearn Steadwerk in an afternoon.
Short walkthroughs of the parts people ask about most. Nothing here needs a sales call, an account, or a login. Watch what you need and get back to work.
More walkthroughs are on the way. Receiving stock, fleet inspections, and the maintenance board are next. If there is something you would rather see covered first, say so at Sam@steadwerk.com and it moves up the list.
Straight answers
The questions people actually ask.
What's the difference between Build Jobs, Pull Inventory, and Inventory?
They cover three different moments. Build Jobs is where a job gets created, staffed, and closed out. Pull Inventory is where a crew pulls the materials a specific job needs. Inventory is the full stock view — levels, batches, and what's running low — across everything in the yard.
What does the Fleet view show?
Every vehicle, in one place. Assignments, oil and service due dates, and which trucks are currently out of service.
What's the Maintenance screen for?
Reporting and tracking vehicle issues. Anyone can submit a request when something's wrong with a truck. Whoever manages maintenance sees the queue and closes each one out once it's fixed.
Why don't I see the same tabs as someone else at my company?
The sidebar follows your role. What shows up depends on your permissions, so a warehouse or field role sees a different list than an admin. If something you need is missing, ask your company's admin to check your access.
